Some minds need to start reeling. Many departments have become little more than second-rate propaganda bureaus that provide lifetime employment for third-rate academics. They don't serve the public good—and the public should stop financing them.

I hate that shit as much as you do, but it's a small segment of higher ed. For instance, race/gender studies produced only 2,114 BA degrees in 2016-17. Nick, come on. The indoctrination is not limited to degree programs. It's a facet of the institutional culture and training that takes place both informally in student life and formally in a variety of academic activities outside of the classroom.

They're activists masquerading as academics who have converted our schools into seminaries. They are exploiting the ignorance and good nature of students, who just want to improve the world. The universities have failed in their duty to the public. They deserve to be shut down.
