The organizer of the sessions initially “felt uncomfortable suggesting, as a white person, what [he] perceived, at the time, to be segregation.” But he moved forward because “it can be challenging for people of color to feel a burden to educate others on how to be better.”pic.twitter.com/OSSZNtt46w
The irony is cutting: Seattle’s white elites are reviving the shameful policy of racial segregation in the name of "social justice." The underlying assumption of these policies—that white leaders must shield minorities from open dialogue—is deeply patronizing and divisive.
I call on @TheJusticeDept to immediately open an investigation into the racially-segregated training programs at the King County Prosecutor's Office, King County Library System, and Veterans Administration Puget Sound.
Segregation is wrong—past, present, and future.

Do they allow people to self identify? Or does that only apply to gender and sexual preference?
I know for a fact that this same thing happens at the YWCA. Although with a motto of "Eliminating Racism. Empowering Women.", one shouldn't be too surprised.
I am curious about the 3rd category “the people of color”. Who constitutes them? And how their training is different from the other two categories.
