Yeah, in the 2 to 4 X range, depending on the season. It seems comparable to the Hong Kong flu (1968).

Worldwide, but not in the first world. Worldwide 0.25 IFR it's because in Pakistan (median age 22) and much of Subsaharian Africa it's a non event. For older societies (usa median age 38, Italy and Spain 45 etc) it's worse than the avg world IFR by a decent amount
