What are his views on the relationship between his conservative take on communitarianism and those who advocate municipalism as a means of restoring a sense of place and community?

Basically, I'm interested in coalition building. Municipalism is a localist tradition that originated with socialists in 19th-century Europe. I'm interested in his views on how conservative communitarians and Catholics can build coalitions with more progressive communitarians.
