The Department of Labor has set up an email hotline to report federal contractors that are in violation of the president's executive order on critical race theory. If you work for a company that has fed contracts, you can now report violations to OFCCPComplaintHotline@dol.gov.

Lastly, a warning: it's not clear whether these complaints will be subject to FOIA requests, so I recommend setting up an anonymous Protonmail account, then sending information and documents from that new email address.
