It is, but for hard litigation, donors would have to be involved. Lawyers willing to push hard and do the difficult homework would need to be compensated. Also, plaintiffs would have to be willing to go all the way with hard litigation. It's worth it. Make it so.

Yeah, I agree. There are donors whom I think we can get to put resources into the legal foundations for this work. Doing some meetings next week.
