I have an idea: what if we crowdsource a list of lawyers in all 50 states who would take on pro bono cases to challenge critical race theory in government, schools, universities, and corporations? We could unleash decentralized legal warfare against CRT in our institutions.

We could just fight to abolish forced funding of institutions we disagree with and create our own institutions and compete. I don’t think we should be using the law to define what must or must not be taught.

It's not about what to teach or not teach. It's about enforcing Title VII of the Civil Right Act and guaranteeing equal protection under the law.
