The observation: the president an heads of executive branch agencies have a legitimate role in deciding what workplace training employees get. Choosing among types and rejecting many is inevitable, not "cancel culture." But things get murkier when it comes to federal contractors.

This is already policy regarding nondiscrimination. He is simply extending that domain to include CRT, which in the opinion of some legal advisors, violates Title VII of the Civil Right Act.
