My wife works in DOD, she is a Civ 30+ years. She is only white woman in a majority black office, she had "the training" yesterday. It wasn't as hardcore as the Sandista Labs, just a lighter version. But the discussion at the end, there was alot talk of "White Fragility" & 1/2
