On Tuesday, Peterson made a YouTube video "pushing back back on the narrative of modern systemic racism and white privilege." The video quickly hit 10,000 views within the labs and dozens of Sandia employees contacted Peterson to express support.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zyNW9nlFDBk&t=1204s …

Somebody is in charge of this. This person was elevated by supervisors. We need to identify the exact elevation ladder: person by person - who is in charge of feeding this shit into US institutions!

Mr. Peterson's exposure of Sandia, compelling federal contract employees to assent to lies and pseudoscience, is an important first step; but the most important step is to expose and stop the same thing from happening to children in federally funded public schools.
-
Absolutely including colleges and K-12 public schools who get federal funding.

How about the public schools, they are teaching critical race theory there.
-
Yes, this is the bigger danger - though both fronts need to be fought.

The items Mr. Peterson criticizes his employer for attempting to rectify are to a degree reality. I worked for the biggest companies in Silicon Valley and white privilege is completely intact. There are even groups that falsely accuse minority employees to get them fired.
-
However the idea that an employer can mandate an employee to contribute to causes he does not agree with, is wrong. White supremacy and privilege is a reality not a stereotype. There are large numbers of Whites who can be wonderful but subconsciously racist and color blind to it.
