No, insisting that ALL of your white employees are inherently evil, lesser, and hatefilled monsters whether they know it or not IS whats dangerous. That's not how you foster strong teams and inclusive work environments.

Give us some talking points we can use in Facebook posts and tweets against local institutions (i.e. schools) that try implementing CRT. Sounds easy to just up and change schools, or homeschool, but actually it’s not.
