Good to know we're sending executives to seminars that teach them that ethnic minorities are incapable of hard work, confidence, and conscience. That'll definitely improve the racism situation.
For real though, this is exactly why the naval-gazing racism-as-sin lens is so incredibly harmful to real activism. Fundamentally it's about people with enormous resources finding some social penance that "absolves" them, not about helping others succeed.
