The federal government is inducting its leaders into the cult of "microaggressions," "microassaults," and "microinequities." I've received leaked documents from the Department of Homeland Security telling white employees how they have been "socialized into oppressor roles." 🧵

The training begins with the claim that individuals send up to 15 "micromessages" per minute during normal conversation—and that, in many case, white employees deliver "negative micromessages called 'microinequities.'" They provide a table of archetypes.pic.twitter.com/uSBI6lYpn9

The trainers claim that the "myth of meritocracy" is a foundational "microinequity." It's racist to say "the most qualified person should get the job," "America is a land of opportunity," or "everybody can succeed in this society if they work hard enough."pic.twitter.com/qUBHKtM1em

Next, they claim that "colorblindness"—the attempt to treat people equally regardless of race—is actually racist. If you say "I don't see color," "there is only one race, the human race," or "America is a melting pot," you are committing a grievous racial microinequity.pic.twitter.com/oxc0Mqw7Pt

Finally, what if a white employee denies committing a racial microinequity? This is a "denial of individual racism," which just further proves that employee is a racist. There is no due process; only group-based guilt.pic.twitter.com/gsVWITWO8T

This is all based on the work of psychologist Derald Sue, who that white Americans have been "fed a racial curriculum based on falsehoods, unwarranted fears, and the belief in their own superiority," and have been "socialized into oppressor roles."pic.twitter.com/wNH1U4wOvB

According to Dr. Sue, "although our country was founded on the principles of freedom, equality, and democracy, its legacy is one of racial oppression" that has "tortured, raped, and murdered people of color."pic.twitter.com/4whHPLscru

Dr. Sue claims that "individualism, the Protestant work ethic, capitalism, monotheism, and [the] written tradition" are expressions of racism and "ethnocentric monoculturalism." He says that all white Americans have inherited "the racial biases of their forbears."pic.twitter.com/N7suGHfvZs

Who are the most racist people in America? According to Dr. Sue, "political conservatives" are most closely associated with modern racism, but try to "disclaim personal bigotry by strong and rigid adherence to traditional American values" such as individualism and hard work.pic.twitter.com/MklO3eTYTG

Sue says "most White Americans experience themselves as good, moral, and decent human beings who believe in equality and democracy"—but this is simply false consciousness. Most white Americans are racist and, when confronted, feel "defensiveness, guilt, anger, hopelessness."pic.twitter.com/R0knc9WTFW

The "new racial orthodoxy," which began in academia, is now spreading rapidly through all of the federal agencies. It's presented as scientific truth, but is little more than identity-driven propaganda. But now, brave whistleblowers are stepping forward to call out the madness.

I believe that "critical race theory" is a critical threat to the United States and should be abolished from our public institutions. Our federal agencies are designed to deliver essential public services—not serve as radical indoctrination centers.
