Technically it's called "Internalized Racial Superiority for white people." Whoever put this together broke the uppercase formatting of the title, that's how badly they wanted to avoid writing "white people" with capital letters.
Lol no, I'm saying they're evidently so committed to "fighting" white supremacy that they won't even allow themselves to capitalize the word "white" in the title of their anti-racist training course for fear that such capitalization would gladden the hearts of white supremacists.
