      Which, is weird, because this tweet is not reality, it's false. The resolution does not abolish the SPD either explicitly or implicitly.

      It is only 10 pages with wide spacing, so it should only take you a few seconds if indeed "[t]he plan is explicit that starting in 2021, they will eliminate the Seattle Police Department." I found the opposite, but I'm not broadcasting misinformation to tens of thousands so. . .

      Read through it again, still pretty clearly does not abolish the Seattle Police Department. It really would only take a few moments of your time and, if you believe in good faith that it abolishes the SPD, the least you can do is review the underlying document.
