Here's the larger historical point: for the past century, the federal bureaucracy has built a vast technical apparatus. Conservatives must push back. If critical race theory is already spreading under the Trump administration, imagine what will happen under a Biden administration: activists will flood the agencies, root out their ideological opponents, and turn the bureaucracy against the people.

This is the area that's going to cause problems, especially with those of us on the spectrum who tend to get into trouble being too blunt and honest about things. Compelling speech is going to irreparably divide society as the majority of people will draw the line there.
