The Civil Rights Amendment was well intentioned in this respect but rather than eradicate the notion of a legal regime and form of justice based on race and other categories it has helped shape a new one, or a new version of the same.

At least, of course, we could put it this way: those driving the current madness do not want to get rid of Jim Crow but rather *to create a similar regime* based on a rather different hierarchy of identity groups...

If the Right cannot call this out - if the right cannot rally around colorblind equality under the law - the Left is more than willing at this point to allow for the creation of a Jim Crow type legal regime for whites and other identities it doesn't like (Christians, etc.).

White elite lefties figure they will be exempt or make the requisite payments. They are moving to walled off compounds and paying for private security. So they don't care what the "Woke Tribunals" in place of police might decide to do to the rest of us.

But normal Americans of every identity should and do care. They need to be aware of and name the problem - and utterly reject race-conscious (and other identity categories) law, etc. All such efforts reject the Declaration and Americanism in principle.

The only way we can now save America from balkanization, collapse or worse is by rallying around the principle of EQUALITY UNDER THE LAW, "identities" be damned.

Yup, the CHAZ was a laboratory experiment in the new regime: explicit segregation and hierarchy based on perceived oppression. They don't want equality, they want revenge.
