There has never been a better case for the elites than the past three months.

Ok. Who are they? As I’ve watched the media obsess over Cuomo despite how much he failed? Our own government (CDC) and WHO ranted how masks were not necessary (when clear they would help).WHO spent more time worrying about China than reporting facts. It’s been pretty depressing

I live in the Northeast and I've never been happier for that. I'll take 50 Cuomos and Faucis over DeSantis and the "Jesus won't let me get COVID" people any day.

That fact that you say this, Tom, proves that you don't listen to serious professionals, you don't watch the data, and you don't know what is going on. You're not listening to the elites. You're listening to morons who are part of your caste and tell you lies that you swallow

Would have thought you'd learned your lesson by now about getting out on those limbs.

Oh Tom Do you have any idea how much more about this I know than you? You should read my stuff. Every single day I format data for 500 people, giving them access to per-capita info by state. I will out-data you in 5 secondshttps://polimath.substack.com/

What if your favorite source of data, Tom? How do you access it? Do you even know what a query is? Fuzzy matching? Deduplication? You like to play the smart man, but you aren't. You're just like everyone else, but much more arrogant when you're out of your depth. It's sad.

it's not really your thing... it's for people who like to think hard, discover new things, and are ok with uncertainty and changing their minds when they are wrong.

I'm sure it's fascinating. Best of luck.

New York has had 10x the deaths per capita as Florida, but Tom would prefer "50 Cuomos" over one DeSantis. There is no reasonable argument for this. It's political derangement and human cruelty masquerading as "expertise."pic.twitter.com/Rqcj0XJEEi

Come back and say this again in two weeks. And then two weeks after that, and two weeks after that, and two weeks after that. We’ll see how well this ages. Don’t you remember how fast exponential growth is?

It’s aged really, really well. It’s a vintage at this point.
