This is the open-air drug market in San Francisco's Tenderloin district. Honduran street gangs brazenly sell fentanyl to addicts, who quickly place it on sheets of tin foil and "chase the dragon." Political leaders allow this in the name of "compassion."pic.twitter.com/atQISbfSqS

This is a group of women smoking fentanyl, then walking a baby in a stroller. The City of San Francisco provides pipes, needles, arm-ties, and drug paraphernalia to addicts under the theory of "harm reduction." But who will reduce the harm done to this child?pic.twitter.com/E02xItiouj

There is nearly one overdose death per day in San Francisco. This man died in a city-sanctioned homeless encampment. The City of San Francisco provides the space, bathrooms, fencing, and "harm reduction" services. This poor man paid the price. He will never come back.pic.twitter.com/jEYNMYyH11

This footage is shocking. But the political class has ignored the disaster on the streets for too long. They can't ignore it any longer. Later this month, I'll be releasing a short documentary on the homelessness and drug crisis in San Francisco. Stay tuned.

Interesting you ask. I made a whole website of solutions to homelessness: http://www.fixhomelessness.org .
