That is, if you reduce these countries to the variable lockdown/no lockdown, it's not certain that the lockdowns were the prime determinant of the various death rates. Might be in combination with other social and/or environmental factors.
The smallest of those countries you mentioned have >5x the population of Sweden.
Size of initial outbreak is a big one that is often disregarded, then population size, family unit size, some cultural aspects perhaps (Swedes don’t kiss as a greeting I think?), age/health mix will also impact death rates.
