Nope. Seattle PD doesn't have to do a darn thing. Either it's an "autonomous" zone or it isn't. Autonomous means you're in charge of enforcing any laws you have. If you're lawless that's on you.

What businesses and apartments are in there? It's those tax paying citizens who have the strongest voice. As a business owner who spent hours & $$$$ getting permitted, if I was in there I would already be on it.
