Which policy position would lead to a better world?

Wrong question to ask. People of all walks of life are asking for various types of changes. Distilling the conversation down into two overly-simplified options doesn't contribute to the discourse. More is possible than "stay the same or go opposite".
Of course, although (1) a Twitter poll is not exactly the place for nuance; (2) the protestors have increasingly framed the narrative as "defund the police," which begs the binary.

Yeah, 240 char doesn't allow for full thought expression (just enough space for sound bites to get in trouble from). A third option could be "support law enforcement but enact changes" and that's where my vote would go. I think stopping at a binary is what hits wrong for me.
