It's weird that "humans create value" immediately hits the racism button. Human capital is vastly more important than physical capital. It's why Japan could rebuild so quickly after WWII, but Venezuela collapsed after seizing the means of production.

But at least the old school Marxists thought that labor and capital were tangible and valuable goods. The new identity-Marxists see everything as abstraction. They are ideologically opposed to production, creativity, and material progress, which they think is reducible to racism.
