It's especially good considering the high number of elderly, the high number of group care homes, and the high number of people flying in from New York during their outbreak.
The fact Andrew Cuomo is a "hero" and Ron DeSantis is a "villain" is a testament to the power of the media.

I'm skeptical. The press has lionized all sorts of public figures that have gone nowhere with the public, and vice versa. DeSantis' approval is currently 68%, bad press notwithstanding. And we'll see where Cuomo's numbers go once the nursing home story sinks in...
