how do we begin to eradicate toxic masculinity from our movements? I’ve been taught how to be angry, rewarded for my rage. there is no shortage of this in organizing spaces. but when do we start making room for the deep grief, sadness, tenderness & vulnerability of the work?
Curious: people are deliberately creating social rewards for rage/anger?

Not sure if it deliberate, but an angry man going off does get more reaction than someone communicating through grief.

Positive or negative reaction?
