The lawsuits from this nightmare are going to be brutal; especially with states trying to shut down firearm retailers, or making arrests for people...existing.

Yes. Obviously, the government has expanded powers during a public health emergency—most people can agree. But the public has to remain vigilant and serve as a check on this power. Historically, "emergency powers" have often turned into "tyrannical powers."
