Thanks, Steve. I've been thinking a lot about the character part lately. In conversations with some of my friends—mostly men in their 30s—it seems that we're all going through some existential wrangling.

The virus has limited the typical distractions and ego-fulfillments, and we're left grappling with our own character. Hopefully that's a silver lining to the pandemic—the reconsideration of what matters.
