Seattle has locked-down 4 shelters with COVID + cases. Residents AND staff are locked inside. We've asked SF agencies to provide guidelines for such a scenario for two weeks and still no guidance to providers.

if the mayor is saying 'we're having trouble forcing people into hotels' then maybe the question should be 'what is acceptable force and can you describe it'?

Would be curious to know more about what they've done and what the refusal rate is. Pretty devastating for the "we just need to build Housing First" argument.
