Seattle has locked-down 4 shelters with COVID + cases. Residents AND staff are locked inside. We've asked SF agencies to provide guidelines for such a scenario for two weeks and still no guidance to providers.

Providers demanded an answer last week in a letter to HSH. My understanding is they still have not received an answer. HSH either has no plan or they are hiding it.

Would be curious to know more about what they've done and what the refusal rate is. Pretty devastating for the "we just need to build Housing First" argument.
