West Coast cities have sanctioned the growth of these homeless encampments in the name of "compassion." Now, this cruel policy has left thousands on the streets in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

Although this policy has been a failure everywhere it's been tried, West Coast leaders show no sign of slowing it down. The question is: how far will the public allow them to go?
