      Maybe costs are inflated for the same reasons SF Head of @sfpublicworks is being investigated by the @FBISanFrancisco. Corruption, kickbacks and city contracts awarded to cronies.

      Yup, in Los Angeles, 40 percent of total costs for permanent supportive housing are sucked up by consultants, lawyers, permitting, and compliance.

      This seems shady but within legal boundaries. @MrCleanSF corruption includes overseas vacations in Ritz Carlton, gifts of 🚜 (yep, tractor) for personal use, and bribes to other city officials. We win, LA!
