And why have we not heard from King County Prosecutors' office yet on the criminal/prosecutorial backstory? They can certainly comment on the past cases (and there are many) without discussing Wednesday's deadly shooting.

Tolbert was arrested for a drive-by shooting and he pleaded down to "discharging a firearm in a public place," among many other crimes.
