Twitter is a train wreck but it’s hard to look away. The wreck that realignment and the implosion of the old ideological orders and rules make of people’s minds is weirdly fascinating to behold.

And all this is before the dawning of the new, to be built on a wholly new landscape—which is what those with eyes to see are watching for amidst all the nervous breakdowns. We survey the landscape seeking to determine what prudence will dictate after the flood, as it were.

Figuring out what’s really wrong with the old is harder than people think (past is always a Rorschach test for what you think in & of the present) but it’s always easier than determining what is needed for the future, especially amidst a time of deep political & cultural change.

Enviro & landscape within/upon which politics & culture happen are changing rapidly & one can only determine wut prudence dictates to extent one sees ‘em. Most in established power at declining institutions are still clueless, & often willfully so, as to what can be seen now tho—

So foreseeable future belongs to bold who understand wut is happening better than others. Race is on to build institutions & orgs (don’t roll your eyes—they’ll be much different than old such that some won’t even be seen as institutions & orgs) that can adapt & lead forward.

The upshot is this: whoever can build the institutions and orgs working within and w/the new enviroment & landscape that can thrive there long term will shape future in serious ways. And the future is more of an open question than usual: regime form and deep culture are at stake.
