Some are (for example: marijuana, vapes), whenbused responsibly and while not operating heavy machinery, et cetera. Meth is indeed a nasty drug, but we also shouldn't take away accountability from the individual.

Agreed. There is a spectrum of danger for different drugs. Meth is probably in the "most dangerous" column.
