  What does @MattHaneySF tweet say? He has blocked me, and as a constituent of the @SFUnified BoE, was a violation of the US Constitution. However, I not D6, so no longer illegal. Wait til @uscensusbureau 2020 released and SF is redistricted. Maybe Potrero will lessen gerrymander
