I'm in NE Tacoma. Not too bad here, but scary how close it is. No one in their right mind likes or goes to Seattle unless they have to, or for Seahawks/Mariners, but that's about it. I went to Seattle yrs ago & got a bit lost. Passed a "park" and man did it stink like urine!

Absolutely absurd. Offer help and services for their addictions and mental health issues. If they refuse help and instead want to commit to a life of crime, process them. It's not that complicated; nor is it "unsympathetic" to keep innocents safe from career criminals.
