Not sure the purpose of your response but my point is, especially in bigger cities, the problem begins with job losses, runaways, etc who wind up on the street and then they turn to drugs and alcohol to cope with it. Wouldn't money be better spent trying to get them back home?

#2-Back Home as in back on their feet, reunite families, etc and give the tools and resources if drug/alcohol addicted. We often hear that drugs is the cause of homelessness but that is not the whole truth. Bottom line Chief, we all need to take more "action" and do less "blaming

Thanks for the link. Agreed on meth. Many users are now injecting a mixture of heroin and meth at the same time—they're calling it a "goofball."
