I don't know if anyone can be seen as a moderate conservative in this town, given where the center is. Anywhere else, we'd be seen as libertarian-conservatives, but only in Seattle are we called fascists. Eh, oh well. It is what it is. People are scared of what is different.
Not at all. You've been highly critical of my work, career, and finances. I'm just curious what you do for a living that is somehow exempt from all of those bad things like "profit."

I don't know if you realize this but some people value things besides making money, like being a kind and compassionate, etc. Yes, of course we all have to interface with capitalism or we'll be punished. But to treat capitalism like a moral system is telling, to say the least.
