Hooray!! finally got to phone calling. i just spoke with someone at Jinkins office - top of list below - and this bill that previously got out of one committee, thank God did not make it out of Appropriations. /1
However, with our P/T legislature in session 60 days this year (105 in even years), HR 1591 proposed in an "odd # year", it will come around again in their next session in January 2020. Stay vigilant, but huge relief...
