This is similar to your dumb screed about homeless people in San Francisco. You know whats really expensive and doesnt seem to be helping? Corporate welfare, which cities spend billions on without increasing their revenue base.

Cool. I totally bought into the whole 'economic development' thing for a long time. But in the end its just mostly a scam. City economies are massive self organizing complex systems. A group of people swizzling bourbon literally dont have the capacity to understand how they work.

Yes, total scam. There should be an equal, fair, predictable playing field for everyone. No payouts and special breaks for big companies.
