Six cops are in the building because someone reported a smell and flies coming from an old lady's apartment... Hope she's just being smelly.

Update: There is an extremely bored cop standing in hallway. She is playing candy crush on a cellphone. I asked if she needed the landlords number, she said "thanks, but I'm fine. I'm going to be here awhile."
