am i wrong in thinking the difference between u/acc and r/acc is pretty clear? the latter seems to have an end goal of accelerating through present circumstances to achieve an end goal of a return to traditionalism, the former has no goals and just wants to see it play out

My impression: same interests, but one size comes to Land vua NRx blog, the other comes from academic circles. No real "goal" on either side

The problem with this that I see is that there are plenty of non-academics on the U/Acc side (

I think it points to something but is not accurate. I heard of Land via academic circles (former students) but that lead me to reading his blogs, not his academic works first.
