The ordeals of philosophy professors in films: existential crises, death sentences, murder investigations, affairs, quoting Descartes to themselves, quoting Wittgenstein & raising books in the air, mental breakdown, inability to make decisions, misappropriation of moral concepts.
So pretty accurate, except they always seem to have more money than reality.
