The stubborn conception of seeing things always through the lens of final causes (more precisely, 'intentions') - which could just as well serve as a definition of (human) psychology - , or the Moral conception of the world.
What conspiracy theories can never understand is that these events they assign to the wicked are really self-organizing, motivated by and for nothing in particular.
