The left had its chance but that window is closed. We now live in the shadow of that failure as much as we live in the right's refusal to see that their world no longer exists. All is shadow and illusion.

Any comment on what if anything is actually being built in their stead?

In the darkest moments, my guess is that we are currently trapped between these two failed fantasies. Sorry for a lack of proper theoretical clarity.
