It's not 'complaining'. It is a full blown case of resentment produced by the recognition that he (and his ilk) just aren't built for the future.
There is a fundamental difference between recognizing the resentment created in people while the future devours their outmoded thoughts and believing that you are built for the future. I have never claimed that the future is 'mine'. I mock those who refuse to accept it.
