if you think that communism is going to come with literally no human effort, you're extremely naive.

What would that effort look like? How has that "effort" worked out so far?

hmmm i dunno cuba is doing pretty damn well for itself despite chilling out next to a country that wants it destroyed!

+ no, i am not saying cuba is perfect. it's not. but i mean hey, its healthcare is still superior to the US's, for example

how is food produced? how is shelter created? how is disease or injury healed? no way except human effort

and there are some things that can never be done perfectly by a robot bc said tasks require cognitive flexibility

that-- at this current moment at least-- robots simply cannot accomplish

and even if/when they CAN, things like healing from injury or things like therapy benefit from human contact
