The sad thing is that there might actually be something interesting to investigate on that topic (if there is any sort of monadology at work in D’s metaphysics and how that meshes with his bergsonism).

I wouldn’t say its a minority opinion (though the reason is probably that most people haven’t ever bothered noticing that Bergson exists. But i can see how in some moments Deleuze seems too fanboyish (i sometimes wonder if W. james wouldn’t have been a better “source”).
