It was a primary. Republican voters cannot cast votes for Democrats in a New Jersey primary.
Primary test run, they said the proofs were correct, then when printed they were incorrect. Human error happened in the middle. You know like someone conveniently changed the proof after sign off, for republican ballots only.. crooks
I never say never, but there has been no evidence so far of any significant or wide spread cheating. Remember that ALL ballots are printed, whether they get mailed or used at the polls. So ALL ballots are subject to printing errors if the printers aren’t careful.
