I have not worked that one out yet, This guy has an Obama NSC, Pakistan and Hillary connection. In April 2015 Mark Stroh a onetime Special Assistant to Hillary Clinton, outlined steps the Obama Administration was taking to safeguard White House against any future Cyber Attacks.

The Awan stuff was already in place long befor Trump, it is not clear how they intersect or if they in fact do intersect. Mark Stroh would be someone I would want to ask what he knew.
