The list of "questions" from Mueller aren't questions. These are mini-perjury traps. Some venture into the theater of the absurd (thought crimes). They indicate Mueller has nothing. No collusion. No evidence of obstruction. Not a shred.

It's why Trump isn't a target. They have to make him one. There's only one way. Mueller is trying for a process crime (perjury).

But Trump is too smart to play Mueller's game. It's why Giuliani is on the team. The former New York City Mayor didn't come aboard as a defense lawyer. He's a former prosecutor. A tough-as-nails prosecutor. He knows Mueller quite well. He knows there is no case against Trump.

Trump has all the leverage. Mueller has none. Doubt that? Re-read the list of "questions". Fishing expedition. They are meant to falsely create the impression that Mueller has something. Typical prosecution tactic. When they have nothing. Giuliani knows this tactic well.

Giuliani likely possesses the ultimate trump card, no pun intended. The contents of a certain infamous laptop. The treasure trove of evidence implicating top Democrats. The Weiner laptop. If there's anyone who could impress upon Mueller the futility of pursuing Trump, it's him.

The thing to keep in mind about the Mueller "investigation" is that it's not an "investigation". It's an operation. The insurance policy.

Were this a legitimate probe, wouldn't a forensic examination of the allegedly hacked DNC servers have been conducted, as the first order of business? At least to establish the predicate. To date, no such examination has been ordered by special counsel.

What did he obstruct? You mean like Hillary deleting 30,000 emails that were subpoenaed by the justice dept?

Hillary has nothing to do with the #Criminal #MobBoss in the WH. What didn't he obstruct is the better question? Who didn't he intimidate? Who didn't he conspire with? Who didn't he have conflicts of interest with? And then there's all that perjury.

Hillary obstructed justice and nothing happened and if trump did too, then nothing should happen to trump since justice is fair and balanced.
